About Me, Caroline Hippler, LMHC, NCC
I provide empathetic client-centered counseling for adult individuals or couples. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from Indiana University, am licensed by the state, and am a nationally certified counselor.
Folks come from all sorts of backgrounds and hold a variety of identities, yet we all have to live and work together. Counseling can be a powerful tool for navigating these challenges.
I have provided treatment and support for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, coming out, gender identity, relationship issues, sex, and other life issues. I have a solid foundation in multicultural counseling with extensive experiences with people who identify as LGBTQA or something else.
My approach to counseling is eclectic. Though I am interested in the client-centered approach, I also draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy for folks working on emotional regulation. For some, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides many assets, while for others discussions of existential concerns will take the forefront.
